Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Dispatchable Field Service Representative to provide operations and maintenance expertise on water treatment systems across industries. You will work with technologies including filtration, RO, IX, de-oxygenation, and UF, traveling as needed to client sites.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, calibration, generating technical summaries, managing parts and chemicals, and performing site testing.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and remotely with project teams.
• Excellent mechanical know-how and problem-solving skills.
• Provide customers with informal training around operation and maintenance of their system.

Responsibilities

• Carry out mechanical, electrical and controls troubleshooting on equipment.
• Create and maintain site paperwork and provide customers with detailed technical summaries.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and chemicals; support injection systems.
• Monitor and maintain chemical injection systems.
• Perform analytical testing (turbitity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDI, TOC) and other site tests.
• Review customer plant installations against reference drawings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
