Job summary

Veolia's Water Technologies division seeks a Dispatchable Field Service Representative to deliver operations and maintenance expertise on water treatment systems across diverse industries. You will work on RO, UF, and other treatment technologies, performing maintenance, calibration, and on-site technical support.

The role requires strong mechanical skills, the ability to train customers, and frequent travel within the region.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of service/maintenance experience in an industrial environment.
• Requires valid driver’s license and frequent travel.
• Must be able to travel within the region as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Carry out mechanical, electrical and controls troubleshooting on equipment such as valves, air compressors, ejectors, process pumps, blowers, and instrumentation.
• Create and maintain site paperwork, and provide customers with detailed technical summaries of work performed.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and adequate supply of chemicals and replacement parts.
• Monitor and maintain chemical injection systems.
• Perform analytical testing such as turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDI, TOC, and other site-specific tests.
• Review customer plant installations and compare against WTS reference drawings (P&IDs).
• Other duties as assigned.
