Job summary

Guarantee Restoration Services (GRS) in Gulfport, MS is seeking a Water Technician to join our 24/7 responsive team. Starting pay is $16-$18 per hour, with a quarterly bonus, full medical/dental/vision coverage, and a vested 401(k) match.

You will assist the project manager on construction projects, assess damage, plan cleaning, perform gutting and packing, participate in demolition and reconstruction, maintain a safe site, and prep equipment for jobs.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and be able to drive for business up to 20+% of time.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Hard-working TEAM player who can easily adapt to changing needs.
• Strong desire to learn and excel.
• Must be reliable, dependable, and drug free.

Responsibilities

• Assist project manager on various construction projects
• Assess property damage and create cleaning plan
• General labor duties such as gutting, cleaning, and packing
