Job summary

Guarantee Restoration Services in Gulfport, MS seeks an Experienced Restoration Technician to support project management on construction tasks and specialize in water damage mitigation. The role requires hands-on labor, learning drying equipment, gutting, cleaning, and assisting with demolition and pre/post-construction cleanup.

The position offers starting pay of $18-$22 per hour, a full benefits package, and a fully vested 401(k) with employer match.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in water mitigation preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have own reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work weekdays, nights, and weekends.
• Must be on call for afterhours work.
• Hard worker with attention to detail.
• Relationship building/maintenance skills.
• Must be reliable, dependable, and drug free.

Responsibilities

• Assist project manager on various construction projects
• Specialize in water damage from small scale to large scale flooding projects
• Learn about different types of drying equipment
• General labor duties such as gutting, cleaning, and packing
• Assist with demolition and reconstruction
• Pre and post construction clean-up
