Guarantee Restoration Services is seeking an Experienced Restoration Technician to join our Gulfport, MS team. You will assist the project manager on restoration projects, focusing on water damage mitigation, drying, cleanup, and debris removal.

Starting pay is $18-$22 per hour with potential for a quarterly bonus. We offer a full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, a fully vested 401K with employer match, and opportunities to earn certifications on the job.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years water mitigation experience preferred.
• Must have a valid drivers license.
• Must have own reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work weekdays, nights, and weekends.
• Must be on call for afterhours work.
• Hard worker with attention to detail.
• Relationship building/maintenance skills.
• Must be reliable, dependable, and drug free.

Responsibilities

• Assist project manager on various construction projects.
• Specialize in water damage from small scale to large scale flooding projects.
• Learn about different types of drying equipment.
• General labor duties such as gutting, cleaning, and packing.
• Assist with demolition and reconstruction.
• Pre and post construction clean-up.
