Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college or technical training preferred.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Experience in oil & gas or industrial operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve source water goals while maintaining safe, cost-effective operations.
• Safely coordinate activities in a 24/7 work environment with multiple parties.
• Manage operations and maintenance of water treatment facilities and related equipment.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, contractor and vendor personnel to ensure readiness.
• Coordinate rig up/down of water transfer and treatment infrastructure; manage contractor time and invoices.
• Troubleshoot system issues and implement corrective actions; perform PMs as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Operate startups, shutdowns, and routine adjustments; monitor performance and respond to anomalies.
