Job summary

Culligan Water is seeking a Route Driver to deliver water treatment products to homes and businesses on a defined route. You will process orders, collect payments, and issue invoices while delivering exceptional service on every stop.

You will follow safety protocols, maintain vehicles, and learn to install/service water softeners and RO drinking systems after training. A valid license and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years route experience preferred.
• Ability to use a handheld computer.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow protocols with timeliness and organization.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Position requires regularly lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Cross trained as a service tech.
• Installs/service of water softeners and RO systems after training.

Responsibilities

• Delivering water treatment products to homes and businesses in an efficient and timely manner.
• Preparing, processing, and executing delivery orders and collecting related monies and issuing invoices.
• Handling customer issues, complaints and problems in a courteous and prompt manner.
• Following all safety protocols and company regulations.
• Maintain company vehicles and equipment.
• After completing route and daily duties, check with manager for additional tasks.
