Job summary

Culligan Water is seeking a Route Driver to deliver water treatment products along a specific route, handle invoicing and collections, and provide high levels of customer service. The role includes maintaining company vehicles and following safety protocols.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Training will include cross-training as a service tech and installs/service of water systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years route experience preferred.
• Ability to use a handheld computer.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow protocols.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver water treatment products to homes and businesses on assigned route.
• Handle invoicing and collections for delivered product.
• Maintain vehicle and equipment in good condition.
• Provide courteous, customer-focused service and resolve issues promptly.
• Follow safety protocols and company regulations.
• Complete daily duties and report to manager for additional tasks.
