Culligan Water is hiring a Route Driver. You will deliver water treatment products to homes and businesses along a set route, process orders, and collect payments. You will maintain safety protocols, keep vehicles clean, and provide exceptional customer service daily.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a Class E driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of route experience preferred.
• Valid Class E driver's license.
• Ability to use a mobile device or tablet.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Able to engage with strangers and establish professional relationships.
• Excellent communication with customers and teammates.
• Clean and professional appearance.
• Able to regularly lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver water treatment products to homes and businesses in a timely manner.
• Prepare, process, and execute delivery orders and collect related payments.
• Handle customer issues courteously while maintaining a customer-focused service style.
• Follow all safety protocols and company regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness of company vehicles and equipment.
• End-of-route supervisor check-ins with daily recaps.
