Job summary

Central States Water Resources (CSWR) is seeking Water/Wastewater Operators to join our Operations team across Missouri, Louisiana, Texas, Florida, Mississippi, Kentucky, and South Carolina.

Operators are responsible for operating and monitoring water/wastewater treatment systems, conducting inspections and testing, maintaining accurate records, troubleshooting equipment, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Water/wastewater operations experience preferred
• Current state operator certification preferred
• OIT and entry-level candidates may be considered for select roles
• Mechanical, electrical, or industrial experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to work independently and respond to operational needs
• Ability to work varying schedules, including weekends, holidays, on-call, or emergency response as required
