Job summary

Veolia Environnement S.A. is seeking a Field Engineering Intern to join a strong technical service environment focused on industrial water treatment. You will work with experienced professionals and support water treatment systems while contributing to annual goals as an active participant.

This is a full-time, 14 month co-op with an anticipated May 2027 start date. Responsibilities include generating system drawings, conducting wet lab testing, and monitoring process equipment to drive

Qualifications

• Experience performing basic chemical tasks such as titrations, pH & conductivity measurements.
• Basic mechanical skills to troubleshoot chemical feed equipment.
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Visio, and data management tools.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
• Full-time availability for 12–14 months starting May/June 2027.

Responsibilities

• Generate system drawings, PFDs for on-site manuals and proposals.
• Conduct wet testing in laboratory on water samples.
• Monitor process equipment performance through online tools.
• Assist in monthly reporting requirements.
• Manage bulk chemical inventory and assist with ordering chemicals.
• Perform field checks on process equipment (flows, pH, conductivity, residuals).
• Collaborate with supervisors on plant equipment optimization opportunities.
