• Troubleshoot, conduct RCA, and document corrective actions for site failures.
• Support operational issues with training and SOP reviews.
• Own design concepts for data center upgrades to increase capacity and efficiency.
• Interface with data center operations, design engineering, and vendors.
• Develop innovative solutions for AWS data centers.
• Lead multiple concurrent projects across regions.
• Conduct engineering audits and produce risk reports with mitigations.
