Job summary

Jackson Contractor Group is hiring a Civil Project Superintendent – Water Services in Bozeman, MT. You will lead field operations on complex civil infrastructure projects, including water and wastewater systems, coordinating crews and stakeholders to deliver safe, efficient, high-quality results.

You will manage self-performed and subcontracted work, maintain schedules and safety standards, and mentor site staff.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a superintendent on water & wastewater projects.
Ability to read and understand project documents including plans, specs, and contracts.
Strong understanding of labor, material, and subcontractor costs; ability to analyze reports for project management.
Experience managing subcontractors and self-perform labor forces.

Responsibilities

Examine contract drawings and specs to identify design deficiencies and permits; produce daily reports.
Create and maintain a monthly CPM schedule with recovery strategies.
Develop safety, quality control, site security, and utilities plans with the project team.
Maintain relationships with Client, Engineer, representatives, and stakeholders.
Coordinate subcontractors and self-perform work; review progress and costs weekly.
Lead and develop project staff and craft through training and accountability.
