Job summary

Jackson Contractor Group is seeking a Civil Project Superintendent – Water Services to lead field operations on complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects. You will guide crews, coordinate with clients and engineers, and manage day-to-day site activities with safety and quality at the forefront.

You will operate with autonomy on site, supported by a strong team, and contribute to delivering projects on time and to specification while fostering relationships and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a field superintendent on water and wastewater construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contracts.
• Strong understanding of labor, material, and subcontractor costs; ability to analyze reports for project management.

Responsibilities

• Examine drawings, ensure permits/licenses obtained, and produce daily reports.
• Create and maintain a monthly CPM schedule and ensure workflow sequencing.
• Develop and implement safety, quality, and site logistics procedures.
• Maintain relationships with Client, Engineer, and stakeholders.
• Direct subcontractors and self-perform labor; manage productivity and reporting.
