Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Texas preferred or ability to obtain within six months.
• Experience in hydrologic modeling and water resources planning.
• Experience managing professional services contracts and technical programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership in engineering and water planning programs.
• Lead advisory groups to promote collaboration among water providers and authorities.
• Coordinate stakeholders, meetings, and follow-up actions.
• Develop long-range water demand projections and risk assessments.
• Oversee contract development and performance; manage reviews and reports.
