Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Field Technician or similar role in engineering
• Experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting water meter systems
• Excellent technical skills and understanding of engineering principles
• Outstanding customer service with strong communication and professionalism
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• Ability to travel to various job sites with a valid driver's license
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and maintain safety standards

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair water meter systems and related equipment.
• Conduct inspections and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues.
• Provide outstanding customer service and address inquiries promptly.
• Prepare timely reports detailing work activities and equipment conditions.
