Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma and three years of relevant construction experience.
• Associate degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license; City Driver’s Permit required and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Inspect construction in the field and monitor contractor work to ensure compliance with plans and standards.
• Prepare as-built drawings and sketches; document activities and testing.
• Serve as liaison with contractors, customers, and the public; address inquiries and resolve conflicts.
• Direct and witness required testing; review pay requests and verify measurements.
• Conduct final inspections, punch lists, and warranty inspections; assist in record drawings.
