Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Possession of NC B Distribution or ability to obtain within 1 year.
• Possession of NC Class II Collections certificate or ability to obtain within 1 year.
• Five (5) years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the repair and construction of water mains and related equipment.
• Manages preventative maintenance and repairs for utilities.
• Coordinates job site preparations and supervisions.
• Participates in hiring and employee performance evaluations.
• Ensures compliance with OSHA regulations during operations.
