The City of Muskogee seeks a skilled Water/Sewer Maintenance Leader I to oversee and participate in maintenance and construction work involving water and sewer facilities. Responsibilities include supervising crews, coordinating tasks, and ensuring safety and compliance across sites.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on experience with light to medium construction equipment, and the ability to interpret plans and specifications.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years of experience as a trades helper or maintenance laborer in construction/maintenance trades.
• At least one year of experience leading or coordinating a crew.

Responsabilités

• Oversee storm sewer maintenance, repair, and construction.
• Supervise concrete repair in streets, sidewalks and driveways.
• Locate underground utilities and monitor drainage ditches.
• Inspect and program SCADA/PLC systems for sewage lift stations.
