TEMPO Employment Services is seeking a dependable Water and Sewer Laborer for a full-time, day-shift role in Limestone, ME. The position supports maintenance, repair, and operation of municipal water and sewer systems, with a focus on hands-on outdoor work and building a long-term career in the water and wastewater field.

Ideal candidates have construction or general labor experience, a valid driver's license, and are willing to learn water operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Authorized to work in the United States; not eligible for visa sponsorship.
• Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Ability to safely use tools and equipment.
• Construction, excavation, utility, or similar labor experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn water and sewer operations and credentials.

Responsibilities

• Assist with water and sewer system maintenance, repairs, and installations.
• Support excavation, construction, and general labor projects as needed.
• Assist with locating, maintaining, and repairing water and sewer lines.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment as trained and directed.
• Assist with routine maintenance and upkeep of equipment and work areas.
• Follow established safety procedures while working around equipment, roadways, and excavation sites.
• Perform outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
• Assist other crew members with daily projects and maintenance needs.
• Complete other related duties as assigned.
