Job summary

H2O Innovation Inc. in Gulfport, MS is seeking a Water/Sewer/Construction Laborer to support installation, repair, and maintenance of underground water and sewer lines. This is a permanent, full-time role with a rotating call/OT schedule and outdoor work in varied weather.

The position requires physical endurance, a valid driver's license, and a willingness to pass background and drug screenings; high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of water and sewer line repair and installation is a plus.
• Ability to demonstrate proper use of assigned equipment.
• Familiarity with work hazards and safety precautions.
• Ability to deal with the public on a regular basis in a professional, courteous manner.
• Capability to perform physical tasks in various weather conditions (outdoors).
• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Help with installation, repairs and maintenance of water and sewer lines.
• Assist crew with completing work orders and meeting benchmarks.
• Support the installation of new water and sewer taps.
• Ensure daily operations are conducted safely and efficiently.
• Participate in a rotating call/OT schedule, working one week at a time.
