Job summary

H2O Innovation in Gulfport, MS is seeking a Water/Sewer/Construction Laborer to assist with installation, repair, and maintenance of underground water and sewer lines. This is a permanent, full-time position.

The role involves working outdoors, following safety procedures, supporting the crew with work orders, and rotating call/OT shifts. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and a valid driver’s license is required.

The Day-to-Day

• Help with installation, repairs and maintenance of water and sewer lines.


• Assist crew with completing work orders and meeting benchmarks

The Skills We Are Looking For

• Knowledge of water and sewer line repair and installation is a plus;


• Ability to demonstrate proper use of assigned equipment;


• Familiarity with work hazards and safety precautions;


• Ability to deal with the public on a regular basis in a professional, courteous manner.


• Capability to perform physical tasks in various weather conditions (all work is conducted outdoors);


• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required;


• Valid driver’s license.

The successful candidate will have to pass a background check which includes criminal background & motor vehicle report checks, as well as drug & alcohol screenings.
