Micron Technology in Boise invites a Water Services PMO Coordinator to drive project coordination across UPW, wastewater treatment, and facility infra. You will manage portfolios, timelines, budgets, and documentation while improving processes and reporting for leadership.

You will collaborate with Operations, Engineering, EHS, Finance, Procurement, and external partners, applying AI-enabled planning tools with strong oversight to ensure safety, on-time delivery, and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Industrial Technology, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of project coordination, project management, maintenance planning, facilities operations, construction, or industrial operations.
• Experience using project scheduling, reporting, tracking, and document control systems.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate Water Services capital projects and maintenance activities.
• Develop and track project schedules, priorities, and deliverables.
• Monitor scope, schedule, budget, and resources; address risks and concerns.
• Establish PMO standards, dashboards, and program reviews for visibility.
• Facilitate meetings, leadership reviews, and executive reporting.
