Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Water Services UPW and Wastewater Coordinator to support wafer manufacturing by coordinating daily work, maintenance, vendors, contractors, and projects for ultrapure water, process water, reclaim, and wastewater systems.

You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Construction, Procurement, EHS, and leadership to plan, document, and align work with production needs, while using CMMS platforms and Microsoft Office to track actions,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of related experience in water, wastewater, facilities, utilities, maintenance coordination, or similar industrial environment.
• Experience coordinating or managing facility, utility, construction, maintenance, or operational projects.
• Experience coordinating with vendors, contractors, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Water Services projects and work activities, including scope, schedule, resources, customer alignment, risk tracking, execution, and closeout.
• Plan and track preventive, predictive, corrective, reactive, and project work for UPW, process water, reclaim, and wastewater systems.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, customers, technicians, operations, engineering, construction, procurement, EHS, and leadership to resolve issues and support safe field execution.
• Support development, review, tracking, and closeout of drawings, scopes, permits, work packages, turnover documents, maintenance records, and project deliverables.
• Monitor contractor, vendor, and field execution activities for alignment with scope, safety, LOTO, quality, and reliability expectations.
• Maintain clear communication through updates, meeting notes, reports, presentations, and proactive follow-up on action items, risks, constraints, and deliverables.
• Identify risks, close gaps, and improve safety, reliability, material readiness, documentation quality, cost control, and execution.
