Job summary

Best Veterinary Solutions Inc. is seeking a full-time Water Service Technician to support the Mt Joy, PA region.

This role is customer-facing, focusing on safely servicing and installing water systems at client locations and building lasting relationships to maximize retention and support business goals. Travel to customer sites is required; the role demands strong mechanical aptitude, excellent organization, and the ability to work independently while complying with safety regulations including

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in water systems, plumbing or water treatment technologies preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required; employment is subject to a background check and an MVR check prior to hire and on an annual basis.
• Experience in the poultry, swine and other animal health industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Service, install and maintain injection pump systems and equipment at customer locations.
• Build and maintain relationships with key industry contacts.
• Travel daily to customer sites to service water equipment.
• Provide customer training for BVS water systems.
• Follow documentation and reporting processes.
• Maintain a safe work environment and comply with OSHA, DOT, USDA, FDA, EPA standards.
• Serve as subject matter expert for water quality solutions.
