Job summary

DCC Propane, LLC in Woodstock, IL is seeking a Water Technician to perform diagnostics, install and service residential and commercial water treatment equipment at customer sites.

You will troubleshoot, upgrade, maintain, and provide excellent customer support. The role includes salt delivery, driving company vehicles, and coordinating with staff.

Typical schedule is Monday to Friday 8am–5pm with occasional weekends, on-call shifts, and overtime during October–March; training is provided.

Job description

The Water Technician will perform mechanical, plumbing, and technical operations, service, and installations for residential and commercial water treatment equipment at customer locations. The service technician will perform customer support activities, which include troubleshooting/repair, upgrades, maintenance, and installation. The technician's goal is to provide thorough and knowledgeable service for our customers. The company will provide training on the products and equipment we market and service.

Schedule: Standard schedule is Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. Occasional weekends, on-call shifts, and overtime available. Extended hours typical during busy season of October to March.
