TYLin is seeking a North America Water Sector Alternative Delivery Methods Group Lead Sponsor to elevate our Design-Build efforts across North America. You will drive strategy and oversee full project lifecycles for complex DB initiatives from concept through construction.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering/Architecture/Planning/Business, 7+ years in transportation with alternative delivery, and a proven business development record.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Planning, or Business; advanced credentials like PE, CCM, RA, AICP, DBIA are a plus.
• 7+ years of transportation sector experience with a focus on alternative delivery methods.
• Proven history of business development and delivering major infrastructure projects.
• Expertise in strategic teaming, pricing structures, and contract negotiations with top-tier contractors.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ethical, collaborative leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy and execution across the Water Sector DB projects.
• Manage full lifecycle for complex DB initiatives from concept through construction.
• Lead high-impact pursuits by shaping pricing, contracts, and joint ventures.
• Foster relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Promote TYLin’s expertise at industry events and via CRM outreach.
• Oversee active DB projects ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded.
