Job summary

TYLin is seeking an Advisory Consultant Lead: Water Infrastructure to drive growth and strategic advancement of TYLin’s advisory platform in water infrastructure across asset management, decision intelligence, and resiliency. You will lead the Water Advisory practice and build strong client relationships, regulators, and partners while elevating TYLin’s market position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in engineering, public policy, planning, economics, or related discipline.
• 15–25+ years of progressive leadership experience in infrastructure advisory or public sector environments.
• Expertise in asset lifecycle management and enterprise risk frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow TYLin's Water Advisory practice across strategy, asset management, resilience, and decision intelligence.
• Build and guide a multidisciplinary team and collaborate across business units.
• Lead business development, pursue strategic opportunities, and manage client accounts.
• Oversee major engagements as Project Principal with focus on scope, quality and risk.
