Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Water Advisory practice across strategy, asset management, resilience, and decision intelligence.
• Build and guide a multidisciplinary team and collaborate across organizational units.
• Identify advisory growth opportunities and drive measurable annual sales and revenue targets.
• Serve as Project Principal on major engagements, ensuring scope, quality, and risk oversight.
• Develop resource plans and ensure delivery aligned with TYLin’s standards.
