Job summary

TYLin is expanding its Americas Region Alternative Delivery Practice and is seeking a North America Water Sector Group Lead Sponsor to advance our Design-Build efforts across North America. This leadership role shapes how infrastructure is delivered and how we pursue opportunities.

You will drive strategy, manage full project lifecycles, and build strong client and contractor relationships while promoting TYLin's expertise at industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Planning, Business, or a related field; advanced credentials are a plus.
• 7+ years of transportation sector experience with a focus on alternative delivery methods.
• Proven history of business development success, winning and delivering major infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Drive Strategy & Execution across our Water Sector.
• Manage Full Project Lifecycles for complex DB initiatives from concept through construction.
• Lead High-Impact Pursuits by building strategic pursuit teams, shaping pricing and contract terms, and forming successful joint ventures.
• Forge Strong Relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Promote TYLin's Expertise at industry events, through CRM-driven outreach, and by tapping into your proven business development track record.
• Oversee Active DB Projects, ensuring client expectations are not only met but exceeded.

What You Bring

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Planning, Business, or a related field (advanced credentials like PE, CCM, R.A., AICP, or DBIA are a big plus!)
• 7+ years of experience in the transportation sector with a strong focus on alternative delivery methods.
• A proven history of business development success, winning and delivering major infrastructure projects.
• Expertise in strategic teaming, pricing structures, and contract negotiations with top-tier transportation contractors.
• An entrepreneurial mindset paired with high ethical standards and a collaborative, inclusive leadership style.
• Client focus, always striving to give clients the best solutions.

Additional Information

TYLin is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $168,000 to $252,000 annually for this position and local market. We recognize that each candidate brings a unique set of skills, experience, education and competencies to the table that will be reflected in our offer.
