Job summary

I-2-I Solutions seeks a Water Sampling Technician to support an anticipated water-quality contract at Fleet Readiness Center East in Cherry Point, NC. The role centers on sampling, monitoring, and field testing across multiple water systems, with laboratory analyses conducted separately.

You will collect samples, perform field measurements, document findings, and ensure traceability. The technician will maintain accurate field records, adhere to project procedures, and carry out required safety

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience collecting environmental or industrial water samples.
• Experience using portable instruments for pH, conductivity, TDS, chlorine, hardness, ATP.
• Ability to maintain sampling records and chain-of-custody documentation.

Responsibilities

• Visit designated systems and collect representative water samples.
• Perform monthly sampling of cooling towers, closed loops, glycol systems, and rainwater collection.
• Record field measurements and observations with calibrated instruments.
• Prepare samples for laboratory analysis and ensure proper labeling and packaging.
• Maintain field records, chain-of-custody, and instrument calibration.
• Coordinate access with Government personnel and comply with safety requirements.
