The role requires 10+ years in product development, strong project management, and expertise in CFD, DFMEAs, and CAD tooling. Office in North Andover with a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required; masters preferred.
• 10+ years in product development, preferably in fluid‑handling or valve applications.
• Experience managing cross‑functional projects end‑to‑end.
• Proficient in 3D CAD; Autodesk Inventor preferred.
• Knowledge of Design for Manufacturability and Design for Assembly; program accounting.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle project execution from concept to pilot builds, managing schedules and budgets.
• Communicate effectively across business levels, tailoring complexity to the audience.
• Influence and motivate teams through empathy and credible leadership.
• Support Product Management through Stage‑Gate, balancing customer requirements with engineering constraints.
• Partner cross‑functionally with Product Management, Sourcing, Operations, Finance, and Manufacturing.
• Integrate mechanical, electrical, and software elements into cohesive product designs and benchmark against legacy designs.
• Approve engineering deliverables and documentation, including DFMEAs/PFMEAs and test reports.
