Job summary

HDR is seeking a Water Right of Way Director for the Water Business Group to refine and oversee a comprehensive Right of Way program. This role partners with HDR’s Right of Way leadership to drive market expansion, client engagement, and project delivery excellence across multiple geographies.

• Bachelor’s degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• Experience leading diverse teams in Water/Right of Way programs.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic growth plans across geographies and market sectors.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement a WBG Right of Way program aligned with market sector goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams including market sector leaders, technical staff and clients.
• Mentor, recruit, and align Right of Way staff to meet client needs and HDR values.
