Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in professional, architecture, engineering or closely related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in related field.
• For leadership roles, professional registration (engineering/architecture) and related technical experience.
• Experience leading diverse teams and collaborating with senior management.
• Active participant in our employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Project and program support for the WBG to deliver Right of Way services.
• Marketing and business development to grow geographies and client relationships.
• Technical staff development and alignment; recruit and mentor staff.
