Dry Force in Irving, Texas is seeking a Water Restoration Technician for first and second shifts. You will remove, replace and repair water-damaged materials, and handle client needs after a traumatic event with professional customer service.

You will operate equipment like air movers, dehumidifiers and HEPA scrubbers, assess reconstruction scope, and work with the management team to ensure customer satisfaction while following safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Overtime and some holidays may be required.
• IICRC certifications in water damage or mold remediation preferred.
• 1-2 years of Structural Restoration experience preferred.
• 2-4 years of Construction experience preferred.
• 2-4 years of Customer Service experience preferred.
• Speaking English is not required, but must be eligible to work in the US.

Responsabilités

• Handle issues caused by water damage and remove/replace damaged materials.
• Set up air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers to restore property.
• Assess reconstruction scope and sell Dry Force services.
• Work with management to ensure customers are well taken care of.
• Communicate professionally with teammates and customers.
• Follow company policies to maintain safety and quality.
• Drive a company vehicle to job sites and follow traffic laws.
• Document drying progress using a phone or tablet.
