Dry Force is hiring a Water Restoration Technician in Irving, Texas for first and second shifts. You will remove, replace, and repair water-damaged materials and handle issues caused by water damage while delivering strong customer service.

Responsibilities include setting up air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers, assessing construction needs, and offering reconstruction services. You will work closely with management to ensure clients are well taken care of and document progress on

• Handle water damage issues and remove/replace damaged materials
• Set up air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA scrubbers to restore properties
• Assess scope of new construction and offer Dry Force reconstruction services
• Coordinate with management to ensure excellent customer care
• Communicate professionally with teammates and clients
• Adhere to company safety, quality, and branding standards
• Operate company vehicle per state laws and company policy
• Document drying progress using phone or tablet
