Job summary

Dry Force is hiring a Water Restoration Technician for Irving, Texas. The role involves removing and replacing water-damaged materials, setting up drying equipment, and supporting reconstruction services. You will be the face of the company, delivering compassionate, professional service to clients after water damage.

This position requires physical stamina, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility for overtime. Experience in restoration or construction and IICRC certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed and some holidays.
• IICRC certifications in water damage or mold remediation preferred.
• 1-2 years of Structural Restoration experience preferred.
• 2-4 years of Construction experience preferred.
• 2-4 years of Customer Service experience preferred.
• Speaking English is not a requirement, but you must be eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Handle issues caused by water damage and remove and replace damaged materials.
• Set up air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers to restore damaged property.
• Assess the scope of new construction required and sell Dry Force reconstruction services.
• Work closely with the management team to ensure customers are well taken care of.
• Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with teammates and customers.
• Follow company policies to maintain safety, quality, and a professional image.
• Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites while following all state traffic laws and company policies.
• Document drying progress using a phone or tablet.
