Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to work overtime and some holidays.
• Speaking English is not required, but you must be eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Handle issues caused by water damage and remove/replace damaged materials.
• Set up air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers to restore property.
• Assess scope of new construction and sell Dry Force reconstruction services.
• Collaborate with management to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Communicate clearly with teammates and customers.
• Follow safety and quality standards and company policies.
• Drive company vehicle to job sites following traffic laws.
• Document drying progress using phone or tablet.
