Job summary

ServiceMaster of Redmond is seeking bright, motivated Water Restoration Technicians to join our team in Redmond, WA. The role offers a pay range of $21.73–$25.00 per hour with a 4-10 schedule and potential overtime and on-call rotations.

You will work on water damage projects, learn and apply restoration techniques, and contribute to delivering a 10/10 customer experience. We provide training, benefits, and opportunities for growth in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean record.
• Willing to work in crawl spaces and attics.
• Enter data into computers/tablets daily.
• Desire to be a strong part of a team to reach daily production goals.
• Exhibits strong critical thinking and leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Clean structures damaged by water events.
• Extract water from affected structures.
• Demolish water-damaged materials.
• Monitor equipment throughout the drying process.

ServiceMaster of Redmond is seeking bright, motivated, hardworking individuals to join our Water Restoration Teambased in Redmond, WA.

Pay Range: $21.73 - $25.00/hour Schedule: Set 4-10 schedule with opportunity for OT and after hours on-call rotation

What you'll do as a Water Restoration Technician:

• Clean structures due to damage from water damage event
• Extract water from water affected structures
• Demolishing water affected materials
• Monitor equipment throughout drying process
• Restore Peace of Mind for our customers

What we ask of Water Restoration Technicians:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to occasionally lift 50 pounds.
• Must be able to enter data into computers or tablets.

• Be willing to work in crawl spaces and attics
• Must report to work at our warehouse in Redmond

The Water Restoration Technician must be someone who:

• Demonstrates the ability to lead

Preferred but not required qualifications:

• IICRC certifications
• Industry experience such as water/restoration experience
