Job summary

ServiceMaster of Redmond is seeking bright, motivated Water Restoration Technicians to join our Redmond, WA team. This role offers a pay range of $21.73–$25.00 per hour with a set 4-10 schedule and potential OT, plus an after-hours on-call rotation.

You will clean and extract water from damaged structures, demolish affected materials, monitor drying equipment, and help deliver a 10/10 customer experience. Training, PTO, and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to occasionally lift 50 pounds.
• Must be able to enter data into computers or tablets.
• Desire to be a strong part of a team to help reach daily production goals.
• Must have valid driver license and clean record.
• Be willing to work in crawl spaces and attics.
• Must report to work at our warehouse in Redmond.

Preferred but not required qualifications:

• IICRC certifications
• Industry experience such as water/restoration experience
