Job summary

Dry Force Corp in Addison, TX is seeking a Water Restoration Technician for first and second shifts in Irving, Texas. You will remove, replace, and repair water-damaged materials and manage equipment like air movers and dehumidifiers to restore properties.

You will interact with customers in a compassionate, professional manner and support ongoing Dry Force services. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs+ are required; overtime and some holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Overtime and some holidays required.
• IICRC certifications in water damage or mold remediation preferred.
• 1–2 years of Structural Restoration experience preferred.
• 2–4 years of Construction experience preferred.
• 2–4 years of Customer Service experience preferred.
• Speaking English is not a requirement, but must be eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Handle water damage issues and remove/replace damaged materials.
• Set up air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA scrubbers.
• Assess required reconstruction scope and upsell Dry Force services.
• Coordinate with management to ensure customer satisfaction.

WATER RESTORATION TECHNICIAN

About this position

Dry Force is hiring a Water Restoration Technician for both first and second shift in Irving, Texas.

As a Water Restoration Technician, you will be in charge of removing, replacing and repairing water damaged materials and handling any issues caused by water damage. Our technicians are the face of our organization and the first contact a client has after a traumatic situation, which is why our Water Restoration Technicians need to have good customer service and be willing to help others.

Responsibilities

• Handle any issues caused by water damage and remove and replace damaged materials
• Responsible for setting up air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers to restore damaged property
• Assess the scope of new construction required and sell Dry Force reconstruction services
• Work closely with the management team to ensure customers are well taken care of
• Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with teammates and customers
• Follow company policies to maintain safety, quality, and a professional image
• Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites while following all state traffic laws and company policies
• Document drying progress using a phone or tablet

Shift Schedule

1st Shift: 8am - 5pm Monday-Friday

2nd Shift: 1pm - 10pm 5days a week including weekends

Salary Information

$20 - $27Hourly Wage
