Job summary

Dry Force is seeking a Water Restoration Technician in Irving, TX to handle water damage, removal, and repair of materials. You'll operate air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA scrubbers while providing exceptional client service.

The role requires physical stamina, a valid driver's license, and flexibility for overtime or weekend work. Training and ongoing guidance are provided to support professional growth within Dry Force.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Overtime and some holidays may be required.
• IICRC certifications in water damage or mold remediation are preferred.
• 1-2 years of structural restoration experience preferred.
• 2-4 years of construction experience preferred.
• 2-4 years of customer service experience preferred.
• English language ability is not required to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Remove and replace damaged materials caused by water damage.
• Set up air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers.
• Assess scope of new reconstruction and promote Dry Force services.
• Coordinate with management to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Communicate professionally with customers and teammates.
• Follow safety, quality, and company policies.
• Drive company vehicle to job sites and adhere to traffic laws.
• Document drying progress via phone or tablet.
