Roto-Rooter Plumbers in Columbia, TN seeks a full-time Water Restoration Sales Technician who combines restoration experience, customer communication skills, and sales ability to drive restoration projects.

This is a hands-on role with Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM, on-call responsibilities and overtime opportunities. You will assess homeowner needs, propose solutions, sell services, coordinate details, and collaborate with the team to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the water restoration industry.
• IICRC certification.
• Clean driving record.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners with water damage, assess needs, and explain solutions.
• Develop opportunities, sell restoration services, and coordinate project details.
• Work with team to ensure projects stay on track from start to finish.
