Job summary

Roto-Rooter Plumbers in Columbia, TN seeks a full-time Water Restoration Sales Technician who combines restoration experience, customer communication skills, and sales ability to drive restoration projects.

This is a hands-on role with Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM, on-call responsibilities and overtime opportunities. You will assess homeowner needs, propose solutions, sell services, coordinate details, and collaborate with the team to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• IICRC certification.
• Clean driving record.
• Background check and drug screening required.

DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS?

• 2+ years of experience in the water restoration industry
• IICRC certification
• Clean driving record

Previous lead experience, 5+ years of industry experience, insurance claim experience, and Xactimate experience are preferred.

WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A WATER RESTORATION SALES TECHNICIAN?

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with on-call responsibilities and overtime opportunities available as needed.

As our Water Restoration Sales Technician, you'll be the connection between our customers and successful restoration projects. Your day may begin by meeting with a homeowner experiencing water damage, assessing their needs, and explaining the best path forward. From there, you'll develop opportunities, sell restoration services, coordinate project details, and work closely with team members to help ensure projects stay on track from start to finish.

Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.
