Job summary

ServiceMaster CDR is seeking an experienced Water Restoration Professional to lead projects from start to finish in Willowick, Ohio. You will apply water damage mitigation techniques, supervise crews, and ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and quality work.

Ideal candidates hold IICRC certifications, have at least two years in a lead role, and demonstrate strong problem-solving, safety awareness, and adherence to industry standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years experience in a Lead Role with water restoration.
• Strong practical skills in restoration, excellent communication, and great work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee restoration projects from start to finish.
• Demonstrate expertise in water damage mitigation, including applied structural drying, smoke remediation and mold remediation.
• Adherence to industry standards and company protocols.
• Coordinate with colleagues, customers, and insurance adjusters, to ensure project success.
• Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
