Job summary

T&T Cleaning and Restoration is seeking a Project Manager in Tucson, AZ to lead water, fire, mold, and asbestos restoration projects. The role requires at least one year of industry experience and IICRC certifications; training is available.

This full-time position emphasizes teamwork, safety, and exceptional customer communication. You will supervise field technicians, coordinate with customers and insurers, handle data and documentation, and ensure quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Must reside in Arizona with a valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
• Experience with restoration software and devices.
• IICRC certifications strongly preferred; training available.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, lead, and manage water restoration projects from start to finish.
• Supervise field technicians to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Communicate with customers, insurance adjusters, and team members.
• Perform water extraction, equipment setup, and monitoring.
• Collect data, photos, and documentation for each project.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
• Adhere to safety standards and use PPE.
• Participate in on-call and weekend rotation.
• Support the Mitigation Manager with additional tasks as needed.
