Roto-Rooter is hiring Field Sales Representatives for Water Restoration in Columbus, OH. Sell water damage restoration services to residential and commercial clients, receiving qualified leads from technicians and centers.

Earnings include an uncapped commission with an average of $60,000–$90,000 per year, plus mileage reimbursement. Ideal candidates have outside sales experience, excellent English communication, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Valid driver''s license and clear background check.
• Excellent oral and written communication in English.
• Willing to work days, nights, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Knowledge of Water Restoration practices required.
• Maintains IICRC WRT and ASD certifications.

Responsibilities

• Identify and sell opportunities to mitigate property damage from water in residential and commercial markets.
• Perform property assessments to determine moisture levels and need for demolition/drying.
• Follow up with customers to deliver effective water-related solutions.
• Provide quotes using our pricing matrix/insurance guidelines and close sales.
