SERVPRO of Anderson and West Greenville is hiring an experienced Crew Chief for Water Restoration. This front-line role coordinates and performs production activities, supervises restoration technicians, and ensures high-quality service while maintaining accurate job files and safety compliance.

The position requires at least 1 year in water restoration, a valid driver’s license, and offers competitive compensation with strong benefits and opportunities for career progression.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• IICRC certification is a plus, not required.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction.
• Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities.
• Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided.
• Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects.
• Communicate with restoration project manager and office staff on project progress and issues.

Educación

High school diploma/GED (preferred)

IICRC certification (a plus, not required)
