Job summary

Dry Force Corp is seeking a Technician Apprentice in Pflugerville, Texas for a full-time on-site role. No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided after hire.

The position involves addressing water-damage issues, removing and replacing damaged materials, and documenting progress. You will work with a team to set up drying equipment and ensure customer satisfaction, while maintaining safety and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
• Customer service mindset is a plus
• Willing to train and learn on the job
• Valid driver’s license required
• Drug screen and background check may be required
• Overtime and some holidays may be required

Responsibilities

• Remove, replace and repair water damaged materials
• Set up air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers
• Coordinate with management to ensure customer satisfaction
• Communicate professionally with customers and teammates
• Follow safety policies and maintain a professional image
• Operate company vehicle and comply with traffic laws
• Document drying progress on a phone or tablet
