Dry Force Corp is seeking a Technician Apprentice in Pflugerville, Texas for a full-time on-site role. No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided after hire.

The position involves addressing water-damage issues, removing and replacing damaged materials, and documenting progress. You will work with a team to set up drying equipment and ensure customer satisfaction, while maintaining safety and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
• Customer service mindset is a plus
• Willing to train and learn on the job
• Valid driver’s license required
• Drug screen and background check may be required
• Overtime and some holidays may be required

Responsibilities

• Remove, replace and repair water damaged materials

About this position

Dry Force is hiring a Technician Apprentice for a full-time position in Austin, Texas - No Experience Required - Willing to Train.

As a Technician Apprentice, you will be in charge of removing, replacing and repairing water damaged materials and handling any issues caused by water damage. Our technicians are the face of our organization and the first contact a client has after a traumatic situation, which is why our Technician Apprentices need to have good customer service and be willing to help others.

Responsibilities:

• Handle any issues caused by water damage and remove and replace damaged materials
• Responsible for setting up air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers to restore damaged property
• Work closely with the management team to ensure customers are well taken care of
• Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with teammates and customers
• Follow company policies to maintain safety, quality, and a professional image
• Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites while following all state traffic laws and company policies
• Document drying progress using a phone or tablet

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to Pass a Drug Screen
• Clear Criminal Background
• Must be able to work overtime as needed and some holidays
